When you say cut for exhaust, what do you mean? what make is it? i only ask as if its a race fairing it should be fine to fit straight on with exhaust, unless he is running it with standard can. Just one thing also, you may want to mention its no good for racers as if its cut it wont pass scrutineering. the HM Plant team use ANR products fairings which are around 300 quid for the full set brand new.
It may be ANR but you would need to contact him if your interested. He paid more than £300 for it by the way. He is running a race fit GP can and we had to trim it to fit. Most exhausts on the blade require the fairing to be trimmed. I used to race and haven't had issues with trimmed belly pans to accommodate a pipe as long as its able to hold a certain % of the engine fluids.
Im not arguing here, but without pics its hard to assess what it is, by the sounds of it you have a straight road fit replica set of race fairings, ive not seen any (666, anr, replicast, qb, etc etc) in any paddock that require trimming, ours had a 4 different exhaust options going from GPR can a straight HM Plant system same as nuttys, we never had to trim ours, which was an ANR Superstock set and cost us 300 quid all in. He would sell it easier with pics to be honest matey,
if you make a bracket from the lower fairing mount it makes the arc fairing stand off a bit more so the exhaust can sit inside the belly pan. if you don't buy/make the bracket and bolt the fairing directly to the frame it will rub on the can in most cases. you can also buy/make a bracket from a sump bolt to the faring t pick up a mounting point halfway along the belly pan
Looks smart that, it would possibly be worth putting a ball park figure on so people can either think to expensive or yup that's my budget I'll ask, just my thought process I may be wrong. Looks tidy though and love the racefit pipe
i really don't know what he wants for it but i can pass his contact details on if anyone is interested
