Not sure if this has already been covered, but have a look at the vid, it could be a life saver. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XPZv_8dABfU&feature=share
I thought it might be of interest to fellow forumites too, but only 3 views....... I put this on a few forums, this one being the one with the fastest and most powerfull bike and one could say with the riders being most at risk due to this, but everyone must know they will never need the 112 number......lets hope so.
The use of 112 as an international emergency services number has been around for years, I've known of its existance goin way back to when Nokia was the major mobile phone that everyone had to have you know so they could play snake on the green LCD screen!
My phone has the option for "Emergency Call" on the lock-screen - even when there is no signal. I assume this is the same thing?
The bit that really struck me was that by registering it is possible to send a text in very poor reception areas, I don't think you can do that if you don't, but someone please correct me if I am wrong.
