Probably a nicked bike that they were mucking about on otherwise why ride away and hide it? Hope the kid is ok and this maybe a harsh way to find it out but also hope it teaches him and the others a lesson
Agree probably nicked & shouldn't have been on it regardless. Good job he hit a car & not a person or a kiddie. Doubt there's much in his head to injure...sorry but no sympathy whatsoever
Unfortunately it's part of growing up for many kids. I can see why it used to annoy my parents so much. They want the trappings of being an adult. Cars, motorbikes, mobile phones, booze, sex, holidays, ciggies but with none of the responsibility. Unfortunately stuff like this is the end result. Blinded by their desire to have what they want and don't think of the consequences. As Lozzy says, could so easily have mowed into some young kid and would've probably tried to get away with it rather than take responsibility.
