Just putting up the date in case anyone else wants to tag along. @SimonRR & I have booked Inters with No Limits and I have a marquee if you want shelter, but you'll have to bring your own chair.
Looking like rain On Monday. Si, if you want I can swap your tyres over in advance as I'm leaving my WOW's on. I'll still be taking the Supercorsas in the car, but will leave the genny in the garage.
Not sure what the weather doing now, looking like dry am but rain in afternoon? but all depends on which forecast you look at as always
Yeah it keeps changing. BBC weather now says rain after midnight tonight, then no rain until mid/late morning to 2pm when it stops again. If it stays like that then there will be a dry line until mid day, then again late afternoon. Just can't call it. I'm loaded up with the WOW's on the bike and the SC's in the car. Leaving the genny at home. I have much more boot space without it.
Dry, damp, rain, damp, dry, biblical. That was the format regarding the weather today. But at least I'm getting quicker at wheel changes I started out on the wets that I arrived on. Then switched the rear to a Supercorsa (as per 2nd photo). Switched the front to match the Supercorsa when the track dried out, but then the heavens opened up towards the of the 5th session. Dohh! you can't win.
Yes we had some hellish showers today, seems you are fast becoming a tyre changing and wet weather specialist Bloody uk weather just can't maKes up its damn mind
The only decent vid of the day, bearing in mind that it's drying and I have a cold Supercorsa on the back and a rain front. p.s. Checkout the orange RC8 at 0:47 and the crosser style bike on Inters from then onwards who was hunting everyone down until he ran out of talent at the hairpin almost taking out a pack of bikes lining up for the straight
Only 2 red flags, mainly yellows. Saw a few go off, but most were able to dust themselves off and carry on. Only one in Inters who couldn't carry on, a snapped rearset ended his day.
