    1) How many gallons does my 2009 fireblade hold?
    2) How far can one travel on a full tank, keeping to the speed limits?
    Thanks

    Per manual, 3.89 gallons (17.7ltr).

I usually get 120 miles before fuel light comes on. That's town and country.

Errrrm...hate to bring up your average 50mpg on the SP....(which makes about 190 miles)

Maybe you need to plaster a few more HRC stickers on it :D

Could be a fair point if I were using the SP for the information.

However, as @Great Guy posed the question of a 2009, I cited the figures of my 2011, knowing they have the same tank size of 17.7L.

About 140-150 miles on my 08 before fuel light comes on. No idea of tank size although I’d imagine same as Nige above.

About 108 and the light came on on the way home

Ah, so THAT'S how I should be riding!

I'll change my style and then Lozzy can re-calculate my tank miles.;)

Correct. I rarely stick to the 30 limit, mostly about 34/35mph, then you really feel it. o_O
