Hi all, It was only after my 1st track day on my 2009 Repsol blade that I decided to turn it into a track bike. It started with changing the tyres to slicks. Metzeler TDs. Then I decided to buy race fairings to sell the repsol ones. I bought the BB plastics ones which are fine for what I want. But the fitment and quality is not exemplary. Firstly I aligned them on the bike and took a photo. I went into a free photo editor (GIMP) and made the belly pan repsol orange and black, then added logos. I then realised that you can't use the low level Akra exhaust for these fairings so I had to buy a PipeWerx can. I went for the longer version for noise levels on track. I then painted the fairings and applied logos and it looks remarkably similar to my initial mock up. I'm very happy! Just need to remap it and get it used! Other than the above, it has dual carbon pads which are way better than standard, but only for dry use. Braided lines and DOT 5.1 fluid, and hero blobs removes from the pegs. Even with standard pegs you can get quite low:
