Seat off, tank cover off, lift tank then remove the ecu etc from the top of the tank, remove top cover then two screws secure the air filter Not to bad hour ish work
Glad you didn't do what I did. I took it all apart, split the air box, struggled to get the filter in. Fitted it all back, 2 hrs. I went to start her up, nothing. Checked fuses under the seat, still not starting. Stripped it all down, took the airbox off and ad a look to see if I had dislodged a wire. All looked ok, so put it all back together. Another 2.5 hrs. Still wouldn't start. Had a brew and a butty, 10 smokes, and took tank off again. 6 hrs later, still not starting. That was until I flicked the kill switch.
Lol damn that kill switch. I've been caught with that 1 a few times now, though not quite to that extreme
