2010 Blade, new tyres

    Hi Guys, lookong for new tyres for my blade, only do fast ish road riding, so want something with plenty of grip and reasonable mileage, looked at pirelli diablo corsa rosso and bridgestone bt016 pro, any one running these or any other suggestions would be appreciated

    Have a look at this clip should help you understand the different tyres brands etc posted by 1000RR in the other tyre post

    Dunlop Sportsmart are getting good reviews can handle the odd trackday and gie good mileage for a sports tyre worth considering.
    Also alot of people go up to a 55 profile from 50 on the rear to help turn in.

    Yep I binned my 50 for a 55 after 400 miles. The OE dunlops were turd anyway.

    55 makes much quicker steering and more side grip.

    I'm running Michelin Pilot Power 2CT and am pretty happy with them, although I'll probably try Pures or Dunlop Sportsmarts nect I think.

    I wouldnt bother with Pure's

    They dont turn as fast.

    Alot of boys going back to 2CT's because of this.

    I have found them exellent for the last 3 years both on road and track
