2010 Fireblade Flapper Valve Mod on Aftermarket Akra

    Hi all, as the title says I have the 2010 RRA Fireblade with the aftermarket Akra system.

    This is the one that has the S bend just before the end can.

    I've noticed that this S bend has a flapper valve built into it, can I still do the Flapper Valve Mod with no probs, and will I physically need to do anything to the valve or just disconnect the wire??

    yeah should still be able to do it.did the akra not
    come with a valveless s-bend?

    No mine came with the valve attached to the bend, what with it being the road legal version.

    oh right, well it should be held open with a spring so you
    just unclip the cables then you rotate the servo under
    the seat back to the home position.

    anti-clockwise until the cable holder is facing towards the
    rear of the bike
