    U what is this true?

    I was looking for a HRC tank cover and seen this 2011 HONDA CBR1000 RR-B FIREBLADE FUEL TANK TOP FAIRING COVER HRC | eBay

    starting bid of £150 i thought "how much"!!! i bought one via here I think for about £30 in good nick, better than the ebay advert in repsol colours

    Then read:

    Really £820 for a new one from Honda!!

    That's what I mean, a deep scratch on a htc one starting a £150, a carbon htc one for £190 or non carbon for about £110. Plus loads of other standard ones for much less. I don't think that's going to sell and amazed ifs over £400 frm Honda for a bit if moulded plastic

    Almost 10% the price of a new bike! So would probably cost £100,000.00+ to build a 'new' bike from the parts bin.:eek:

    A couple of those RED/GOLD transfers (£25.00 a side?) judiciously placed and you've got a serviceable cover though.;)
