2012 Blade and Ohlins 30mm cart kit.

    Hi !

    Who running 30mm cart kit Ohlins on the 2012 blade BPF fork ?

    I would like to know the mechanical limit of the fork with this kit , do someone know at how many mm the for is bottoming ?

    and how much is your bottoming ?

    If I set the recommended preload there is about 25mm to go before it bottoms out

    are these the ones with comp in one leg and rebound in the other?.

    do you rate them,there are alot of negatives on forums about them,i am looking at a set in crescent for my gsxr,they are 850quid with springs matched to your weight.

    Erm yea it's a savage bike to ride. Although I haven't rode a standrd blade.
    But as soon as I got a few things right eg. Tyre px,bar settings, pegs. It felt so good

    I do believe they can be a bit harsh as they come , but I was really lucky , mine came from a racing team who had
    fitted the Andreani piston kit for a bit more compliance . Plus I'm no 10 stone racing whippet :rolleyes:
    I am really happy with mine
