So i have been trying to sell my 2010 blade, the reason? the 2012 blade!! zero percent finance would cost me around £4500 to change or £125 per month if i trade it in.....

Is it worth the extra cost? The 2010 is mine,no finance i own it!

I dont really ride the ass of of mine just enjoy owning it.

To change or not to change? Thats the question?

    Your opinions please?

Personally I'd wait until they make a 'new' blade. I honestly can't see £4.5k in difference between the 2.

I would change, its only money!

well, it depends if something else will have to give for £125 p/m. If not, go for it, you only live once, life is short blah blah blah....its all true though. Bikes are not like other stuff we own, they are irrational and emotional and are hobbies rather than just transport. I mean £125 is only like a gym membership and a friday night out. Give both of them up i say!

I have got both currently in garage - the 2012 is an update, but don't think you will feel its a £4,500 update.
Replace your rear shock for 2012 one, fit an HM quick shifter and you will have change from £750 and a much nicer bike to ride.
Add gear indicator (present on 2012 bike) and down gear it for sharper acceleraton with the QS and it will like ride an absolute rocket ship and new bike.

Even doing all that will be less than £1,000 - and the QS can be removed and fitted to your next bike.

Just my thought - everyone will give you their own opinon!

It's all down to money and the end of the day.
    2012 is a better bike

I'd spend the 4.5 on parts, take your pic from wheels, forks, rear shock, shifter, brakes, mapping, exhaust... Then you will have a nice bike other wise they are all standard! The only way you get a real nice bike is to build one up IMO. Not that they are bad from stock just that you can have so much more, don't trade just upgrade :D
