Has anyone got any destructions for putting the fairing back on a '12 blade? Also I've not been able to locate a '12 manual online (only the wiring diagram). Can I order one from a dealer, and any idea how much it costs?

    Many thanks,

    Pete

Had 'fun' getting them off, and want to avoid breaking them putting them back on. Looks like origami to me. And that creature that lives in my garage has been nicking bolts again lol.

Easy peasy air tubes a nightmare as everything is little tabs but be patient fairing quality is poor compared to older models but not bad at all I had mine stripped race fairings on for test for back on in 2 hours . Put bolts back where they come from .

Sides back on first, or doesn't it matter? Would like to put the front back on last, as I need to fit a headlight relay first. If you've got any other pics that would be great!

Also make sure Airtubes seated in boots in airbox properly and they are bolted to the headlight at the front or they will rattle around and come loose

Front on first sides later . Headlight and front cowl all together even bang wing mirrors on then . Then Airtubes then side panels

I'm in Windsor mate. Thanks for the pics. I've still got the airtubes in, but the left hand and front fairings are off. Does the vacuum tube for the flappers tuck anywhere in particular? May pop in to a dealers tomorrow to take some pics of how it should look!

Anyone know where the vacuum tubes go? I assume they should be tucked away somewhere up front? Not dangling in the wind like mine are

I've got it back together, but came close to taking a mallet to the whole lot to get it to fit! I seem however to have the left hand airtube out of position. Do I need to take the tank cover off to get the tube in properly?

Also does anyone have an exploded diagram of the fairings? And I still am not sure where the above vacuum tube should go, but it is out of the way at least! Hopefully next time it will be a bit quicker!

Vaccum tube tucks behind clocks runs behind the air chamber . Best thing to do is get rid of it all bud rip it all out you will have 1 hose running out left side of frame this comes from throttle bodies plug it with a golf tee and cable tie it .

All the rest forward of this bin ! You will be left with stuff in your Airtubes but keep them airtight with gaffa tape or summat . You will have 2 plugs that you unlug out of solenoids tape then up these are not ecu controlled do won't throw a code

Flaps in air tubes either remove or leave these stay open anyway .

I need to remove a side fairing to bolt on my downpipe grill.
I did look at several ways to try and do it without removing the fairing, as it looks a bit daunting.
Any easy way to do this ?
Could it loosen enough to be able to get a hand in to fix the bolt back in ?

Should be OK just to slacken off the fairing bolts. The top section in black which covers the airtubes can be slid back and unhooked if you need more space. The black section under the nose has three little plastic 'pins', the centre section of which needs to be popped out in order to pull the fasteners out. I tried pushing from the inside, but ended up levering the whole thing out.
