    Hi Guys,
    Quick modding question.

Can you fit the 2012 Blade Wheels and Big Piston Forks onto a 2010 Blade?

I can't justify forking out for a new Blade to get the look what with only buying my 2010 Blade in April this year.

Has anybody done this or is there some mechanical or technical issue's I may be faced with?

    Thanks

    Liam

Wheels can be installed for sure as i've seen people on another forum do it. The 2012 rear shock can be installed as well so i'm pretty sure the BPF can be done too.

I was toying with this too and think it could be a pretty low cost conversion. My thinking was like £750 for 12 wheels, £750 for 12 fairings, £750 for BPF and £150 for headlight. In theory looking at investing £2400, but then you can flog all your 10 gear.....wheels @ £500?, fairings at £500, forks at £300, and headlight at £100 - so giving you back £1400.

In total a net spend of £1k, for the later look, better forks etc and will I suspect command a slight premium on resale. Not too bad me thinks??

In fact if you do consider going down that route give me a shout as I've been collecting some bits. If I dont go down that route then i may be knocking them out again to get my cash back.
