Does anyone have one of these or know where to get one?? Just got my nice new HRC fireblade and would like a manual. Easier said than done!
The 2012 onwards manual is like rocking horse droppings to find, you can get away with the 2008-2011 for most things as apart from fairings and suspension the rest is pretty much the same! If you do find one there will be a few lads here asking for a copy
I bought one from the US in August, recommend this seller got the manual is around a week. 2008-2013 Honda CBR1000RR / CBR1000RA Part# 61MFL05 service shop repair manual
maybe you should start group buy, i'm sure loads would be interested, might work out super cheap for the organiser!
I think like most manufacturers Honda in recent years have switched to an online system which the dealers have access too, this allows any updates, changes and service bulletins to be updated at any time by Honda. This online manual means the hard copies that were mostly scanned and found on PDF files have mostly vanished for newer machinery.
Think your right shiny as they only have to replace a page with a PDF rather than reprinting a whole manual when only minor changes
You mean this one? Yeah, it's got the lot in, BPF, ABS Bleeding etc etc About £35 delivered from the Yanky link above.
I had the intention of scanning this for the benefit of the forum, but the manual is huge and bound in such a way that makes scanning a total PITA. Well worth the money!
Cheers for the link, i've been looking for ages. Just before I purchase, does this manual have fairing removal etc specifically for the 2012-2013 as its different to previous years. I know it says 08-13 but its not just generalised to 1 model?
Not a lot of use as this book is well bound and is next to impossible to open flat enough to scan without breaking the bindings.
ok so the requests have started.... i need one thing.. could some take a photo of the clock connector? i need to know what each wire is for and its colour? all i need to know and not, worth buying for that only.. ta
