    Wondering if anyone can confirm;

    1/ the 2012 wheels are a direct bolt on on the older model. (and vice versa) assuming no ABS.

    2/ the forks and shock are interchangeable (tripple is the same etc..)

    Cheers

    The 2012 kit on Ebay recently said that the shock will fit if you cut your hugger to accommodate it

    Mentioned nothing about the forks fitting but Craig has seen them and is pretty sure they are a straight swap .

    I think the same has been said for the wheels .

    Its the same frame and swing arm at the end of the day so should be cool .

    please let me know how you get on before i go and buy some parts for my self thou ey mate ? ha ha

    Might wait till someone has been the guinea pig... or can reliably confirm it. I assume they should all fit but you know where that ends up.

    Benn. Thinking of tracking the 08 and getting a 12 for the road, so I want to use all the good bits on the 12...not the other way round!

    Wheels are a straight fit into the 08-11 bikes, I know of a chap with a set in his 09 Michelin cup racebike already, forks, yokes are exactly the same, even offset etc, all bearings etc the same albeit the lower ones have changed part number, from what I gather the only real issue with fitting the 12 shock is the hugger needs to be a 12 one, even the slightly different valved HESD goes straight on.

    Putting the 12 shock and forks against the 08 ones say, if they were both re sprung with Ktech etc would the 12 ones still be loads different???

    What model of forks are those? I like the look if the lowers compared to the one's on my R&T's.

    They are FGRT 813's.. Only arrived a couple of weeks ago. The bottoms look very cool.. Nearly entirely cnc'd.

    I would also quite like the 12 dash on my 11 if it fits. Would be nice to have an intergrated gear indictor rather then a stuck on one.
