I have a 2013 Blade and there is a switch with two wires built into the pertch. What does this switch do?

I know on Suzuki bikes you have to hold the clutch in so the starter engages but not on Hondas

So you can start it in gear i.e. When you stall.

Cheers, so if it was disconnected would there be any issues other than not being able to start it in gear?

No issues the switch is normally open and the circuit will still be open when removed, as you say though you won't be able to start it in gear.
