No straight answer for this one. It'll depend on a few factors, your weight in your riding kit, how you ride, street or track. Too many variables. First thing to check is tyre pressures, them get the rider sag dialled in to suit your weight in your kit. Makes a massive difference if the preload is set FOR YOU!

Do a search on Big piston forks and it will throw up numerous settings that people have used

Ill do that, I've searched blade 2013 forks but only could find 1 setup to suit a 15 stoner, I tried it but as expected it was to stiff.

I tried loads of different settings with mine and some worked while others did not. Set your sag first before you adjust from factory settings.
The front springs are way too soft though and the rear spring is too bloody hard and trying to get a compromise will drive you crackers!!
The bike will never feel right because of this, and then you start finding problems with the rear compression as it wanders from being to hard when cold then bloody useless when hot after the exhaust has heated up the oil.
I ran my standard set up and finally threw in the towel to change to ohlins all round and it was the best thing I did.
Honda make a cracking blade but sure did save money on the essentials like suspension and brakes.
My blade keeps up with my mates who ride Panigale, s1000rr and so on now, it does not need any more power.

Mine bit of a mixed bag, 06 bike, Ohlins rear and 2013 forks, it might be worth getting it in somewhere.

K-Tech valves work wonders for the front end and wont break the bank either.
