    Hi all,
So I have just booked my first track day on my blade and been thinking about my suspension.
I know nothing about the suspension settings and what or how to adjust the forks or shock.
All I know is it dives a fair bit under braking into corners on the road unsettling it a bit and the adjustments are at different positions on the forks ( might be normal....)
So has anyone got a new blade and had their suspension set up at mct, as their reputation seems great. Did they recommend just the £95 set up or new fork springs etc etc? Just thinking about the pennies.
Or could you give a brief lesson on what the rough settings should be like for a chap who is 12.5 to 13 stone and a relatively slow / moderate rider on track and moderate on road? Or if you have a photo of your fork settings maybe...
    Thanks guys for all advice.

Yes, this is normal, the same on my 2015 blade.

Haven't had my suspension set up done yet, but everyone tells me I should as the bike is probably set as standard for someone heavier than me (I'm a lightweight), so something I will do in the near future.

Mct set up my suspension on my old suzuki for track days, well worth it. In corners it felt planted and safe as houses. Can't rate them enough. Will be having my blade set up soon, £100 is well worth the money.
