So do you regret going from a Fireblade to the S1000 RR ?

Looking to make the move from my Repsol '09 which I love to a HP4 Carbon, but still unsure.

It's the naked bike, not the RR. I did exactly the same from my 2012 blade to a S1000R sport (black).

Pros: Decent TC, ABS that doesn't do the lever to the bar blade thing, Active suspension, wheelie control, quickshifter, cruise, heated grips, about as quick up to a point, exhaust crackles and pops on the overrun, wrists happier. It's my commuter.

Cons: mirrors shite above 60mph, steering damper not as good as the blade.

It's a phenomenal naked and is an utter bargain for what you get. I've absolutely no emotional connection with it though. Wish I'd bought the Superduke from that point of view, even with its risks of leaks, rotting swing arms and wobbly wheels. That is an absolute mental sledgehammer.
