I was in a hospital bed feeling a tad sore and sorry for myself after getting an overtake wrong. To this day I don't know exactly what happened but I do know I am lucky to be alive. A lot has changed in my life since then but the knowledge of how close I probably came to headbutting a windscreen has remained,

Always sobering to see a mangled bike... Yes .. ride safe this summer.. I`d like to see you all present and correct at the end of the year... and in one piece preferably.

Thanks for the reality check, it shows how easy its done. You are ok, that's the most important thing.

 

Glad you made it dude and nice to know you are still " on it" ! I think its better to see the bike in bits than a rider lying in hospital showing mangled legs .

 

very sobering.. brings home that we are not as invincible as we think.. thanks for sharing..
