Hi guys, I keep thinking about light weight wheels for my little 600cc track bike , she has lots of mods on her all ready, suspension, brakes engine tuning, but is it going to be a noticeable difference being a 600. I've had new wheels on 1000cc machines and noticed a different . I've got the standard wheels off at the moment and they weigh a tonne. I plan on keeping this bike as its so much fun on track. Dare I say more fun than the 1000cc bikes I've had. Cheers
I would imagine it's more of a difference on a 600. What tyres are you running? I bought a second hand set of Dymag and they had Continental slicks which were very heavy compared to my Michelin Power GP.
I'm running super corsa sc1 and sc2 on there at the moment mate, hps offered me a set of dymags up7x wheels for a good price but still north of 2k.
