Hi All, New to the forum, looks really good. Would really appreciate some help on the following please. I have a 97 CBR900 and I have decided to take on the engineering challenge of designing and producing my own set of performance exhaust headers, basically I'll be covering everything from the exhaust ports on the engine to the start of the can. To help me get all of the volume calculations etc. right I'd really appreciate some help from anyone who already has a decent set of performance headers on their blade from the same era. What I am looking for is: 1 - Some good pics of the full system 2 - Details/Measurements on the pipe lengths and diameters for the primary (4 into 2), secondary (2 into 1) and final pipes Any help would be awesome, I'll keep my progress updated. Alternatively, if anyone has a set of headers (perhaps damaged) that they would like to sell cheap I'd be happy to consider buying them to use as a basis for my design. Thanks, Anthony.
