ABS calliper service

    My front brakes are binding slightly so decided to give em the Slick treatment..

    They were more manky than a soho hooker. Pretty much all pistons were seized up!

    The seals were fine but on disassembly there was evidence of corrosion under the seals causing the seals to push against the pistons resulting in extra friction

    Washed the callipers using S-doc and polished them out using my demel. Polished the pistons and protected with the lot in ACF50.

    Applied some red grease on the seals and now they are ohhhhh so smooth.!!

    Just need to refit and test with my new Brembo RCS and K-tech upgraded forks

    Nice job slick, I reckon that will make a world of difference to the feel again

    I hope so! but but clearly I think I will suffer from this again!
