hi, I've just fitted an accosato qat and the relevant model and age specific throttle cables ( my blade is 2008). Problem is that the cables seem very long and if I fit the throttle housing the right way up, they foul my front subframe. At the moment, I've had to route the cables over the top of my brake with the housing upside down (at least, that is, with the logo underneath). Can anyone offer any advice about where I may have gone wrong and how I might remedy this situation?
Cant help I'm afraid but I'm looking into a QAT I'm split on the Accosato, HRC kit from Dobles or the Motion Pro. When you get it sorted could you possibly put up some pics? Cheers
Yeah, I'll put some pics up once I'm fixed. Gotta say, even though it doesn't look so tidy at the moment, there is a noticeable difference in throttle response, and I only put in the softest cam for winter riding.
