This might have been asked on here before, sorry. Have any of you guys had any dealing with these master cylinders and or can compare to the Brembo RCS item? They look great and slightly cheaper than the brembo equivalent.

Accossato PRS Master Cylinder 19x17-19 like brembo rcs | eBay

Im not all that happy with the feel and travel of my original MC and thinking of a replacement. Cheers

    Yeah very happy with mine

When i fitted it my mate called over with his bike so we could compare it with his Brembo

They are the same to be honest . Its just down to if you want the more known Brembo logo on it or the lesser known Accossato logo

I paid £150.00 for mine as it is the fixed ratio 1 and I'm more than happy with it . Instant bite and feels exactly the same as my mates brembo of the same ratio

They are fantastic bits of kit. I'd say every bit as good as Brembo. We have sold a lot of them, and sorted a lot of race bikes out with them and they really do rate them.

We have Accossato PRS (adjustable ratio) Master Cylinders instock. Normally £239.99 Could do for £199.99.

Fitting kit (reservoir, bracket, and pipe) as available at £34.99.

    Cheers

Mate had one on his 1098, tried it during a couple of tame laps at cadwell, felt spongy as hell for some reason, he fitted an RCS later and it felt much better according to him.

By the sounds of that, seems like there was air in the system somewhere. Did you try re-bleeding it?

I think the only real BUG in after market masters for most people is levers! They need an option to match levers and that bumps up the cost.. :)

I sourced my matching clutch lever a while ago

Bloody expensive but the same with brembo

Strange one was spongy ?? When I compared an Accossato and a brembo if the same ratio they both felt the Same

    Cheers dan,

Where did you end up buying it from then? Im not bothered about the "Name" on the part so it sounds perfect to me. Does your brake lever have the cut outs in it like Brembo RCS?

I will prob stick with the stock clutch lever, however where did you source yours from?
