Not in this world, fair enough it plugs straight in but where the fuck do all the extra wire and bulk go???? I cant get the fork clamps to clear it all!!! GGRRRRRRRRRR
I have an acumen and its in problem works well too? I originally had it on my Suzuki TL1000R re-used it on a 929 and now have it on my RR5. I did not wast my money on a plug and play I soldered it sraight in with no problem. The wire is only about 400mm and it solders behind the headlight if I can help give me a shout?
You can download the Installation Wiring guide for the Acumen DG8, CL10 and PD8 range here: http://www.acumen-electronics.co.uk... - PDF_s/1297434520_DG8 PD8 fitting guide.pdf
I know it a bit late now but you would have been better gettin yourself a Healtech GIpro gear indicator it's definately the best for our bike! It's a bit more expensive but it's small 'n' neat and it is a plug 'n' play! A great bit of kit
Thanks guys, just about managed to cram all the gubbins under the air intakes but it aint pretty!! The 30 seconds it takes to plug in is soon forgoten once you try to put it all back together again!! There is literaly no room to fit a second plug and a load of bulky wiring... Im not very happy with the results, bursting out of the seems, boowing panels!!! Solder on jobbie for me next time..
