Had oil leaking quite badly from my left fork the other day after having replaced the fluid recently. Not sure if I knicked the oil seal when putting it back together again or if the bushes are knackered.

Here are some photos of the slide bush and guide bush - so they look ok or need changing? Advice appreciated...

You need to check the play in the fork stanchions, ( backwards an forward play )

Cheers Kev. There's a very small amount of play, around 1mm, but no noise or knocking. Waiting for it to dry up outside then will take it for a ride after having replaced the oil seal.
