Hi, I hope someone can help here... Riding to work today and used my left indicator, tried to cancel it and it wouldn't. It will still turn on the right indicator and it'll switch that one off no problem. Tried turning bike off and restarting but made no difference (it's an 11 blade btw)

So I'm guessing the switch needs attention, are they serviceable does anyone know, and if you've had this fault before is it simply a bit of a clean up or are there parts to replace / fix?

Going to try and do here at work as don't fancy another ride home indicating I'm turning left all the way....,(I'm fact I think I'd rather tape over them)

    Cheers

Make sure both front and rear are working as sometimes a blown bulb can mess around with how they work. Assuming they are standard and no LED aftermarket bits fitted, I'd take the switch apart and have a look if any water or crap in there. You could do with getting some switch cleaner and giving it a good spray.

Check all connections/grounds and make sure no corrosion.

Cheers guys, that did it...a bit of spray and it's fine now, must have had some water in there.

    Thanks again.

Mine did the same after riding it thru last winter. Stripped it and cleaned it out with contact cleaner then coated all the internals in dielectric grease for protection and lubrication. Never troubled me again.
