Ok, sorry if this is a repeat or stupid question... 1. After market exhausts that come WITH link pipes, the link pipe replaces the cat??? 2. After market exhausts that DON'T come with a link pipe attach direct to the existing cat pipe? So i hope i'm right saying i can buy an aftermarket exhaust and not replace the cat and a good quality Akrapovic for example will fit onto the cat pipe directly? If your talking rr8 onwards the cat is in the Muffler, replace the OEM can means you are removing the OEM cat. Only a few after market systems come with a cat, the road legal akro is one of them
