I'm into smellies big time, i suppose it goes with the job, i need to smell half decent, instead of my usual chain lube or bike cleaning stuff, which i reserve for the weekends.... However, i went to John Lewis on Sunday and bought this: Dior Homme Intense Eau de Parfum... it's bloody laaaaverly. The missus said it it's the best by far she has ever smelt on a bloke, and a few clients at work have already said likewise. As it's a parfum, it's stronger than an eau de toilette, so lasts longer. Hints of melted chocolate, leather and warm woody scents. When Fathers day comes, or birthdays, put it on your list.... it's gawguss. I may even be in for a mouth bath tonight.... Now when I was in Uniform and most of you were in liquid form Aqua di Selva by Victor was THE stuff to wear, expensive and exclusive. Anyone on here old enough to remember it? This week I are mostly been wearing Acqua di Parma Essenza. No connection between the two, but covers up all known odors. JD
Insignia? back to the eighties with that one. PRADA do a very nice eau du toilet, purple colour with a nice chrome plak on it, cant remember the name of it & it doesn`t smell like every other smelly.
For really nice, classic ones... You can't beat Aramis by Aramis, polo Ralph Lauren ( green) , givenchy gentleman, but this Dior intense is fantastic. Longevity is brilliant too.
So the next time I have to warn Jeanette about going into the loo after me I can tell her it's because of longevity.
