    Hi

I've just sold my GSXR 1000 and am looking to buy a 2017-2019 Blade. When I had the GSXR I had bought a Translogic intellishift QSXi but hadn't got around to fitting it.

If I was to buy a Fireblade that didn't have the Honda QS, could I fit the Translogic? Would it have the up/down shifts or just up? Would it need enabling in the dash?

Or would I be best off just selling the Translogic and getting a Honda plug and play QS?

I have no experience of the Translogic QS but I fitted a Honda OEM QS to my 2017 and it just plugs in and works (once enabled). Very simple install. I can't imagine the Translogic is that much better, if at all, and certainly not enough to warrant the extra hassle to install it.

You wont get blipper down shifts, only with oem QS
Might be interested if you decide to sell it

Thanks for the info. I think I might just put it up for sale and put the money towards the Honda one so that I get the downshift feature.
