Hi All, looking for feedback. Has anyone fitted the Akrapovic Evolution Slip on onto a 2017-2019 blade?

Looking at just the slip on (not full system) but its bloody expensive! (but i do like the look of it). Looking at the stats it adds virtually nothing in terms of performance (bit at mid range) and the weight is practically the same as stock.

Done some research and people say (and Akra recommend) that you buy a Rapid Bike Tuning Module to ensure proper fuelling which is another £450 on top!

Any one have any experience of this slip on and did they get the tuning module as well? Does it run ok without module?

    £1200 for a slip on & another £450 for a power commander?
Madness IMO, but if you have the bucks to spend, then why not. Looks good, but from what I have seen, most 17+ model owners are more than happy with stock can (looks & sound)

I actually ordered that can with my bike but then backed out as no performance gain and dealer said stock was as good ....really glad I kepted it stock getting better with miles and wear nice glow of titanium through it and sounds great at high revs..

I’d imagine the only performance gain would be the slight loss in weight which is soon offset by a bacon butty or three :D

See, we pay all this money, and have the R&D even put this in to the consideration...
