I bought Aldi base layers a while ago and have to say they are good value, the windstop tops and neck tubes are really good and great under leathers

The socks are really good as well. Anyone got any experience of the paddock stand or know if they come with bobbins adapters as well as the cups?

Had a couple of the cameras. Image is ok but not fantastic and they don't seem to like being run for an extended period.

This bike gear is legendary amounts my mates - we do a Scotland run end of April and reckon half of us have the base layers or windproof tops on lol

Its an easy and good value way to add some new bike kit - also means you can ride earlier / later in the without getting frozen cold

it looks by the description in the ad that the stand comes with cups for rear and Bi pins for front, I would just nip in to your local aldi and open up a box n have a looky, I see folk opening stuff all the time and nobody seems to mind

I use Alpinestars summer tech layers at moment but they are tired. The compression stuff is great for keeping the sweat off your leathers.

I bought one of the Aldi helmets, the same one they are selling again this year. I can tell you for £30 its bloody good, i even preferred it to my shark, but I don't know how well it protects your head!

Yup I've got the socks, base layers, windproof top and bottoms all a total steal!.... My only criticism is the windproof top's collar is high and zips up!..I found it a bit too tight but the windproof panels are in all the right places and comfy apart from the neck!
I also got a windproof all in one chest/neck tube mask thingy's last year and I've noticed they've changed it this year it's not got the mask part!... I'm not surprised!... it is great apart from the mask part is windproof both ways almost suffocated first time I wore it but a few well aimed holes and your good to go ;)
