Do they run bigger in size than other makes ?

Bout the same mate I'm a large to xl in most things. Xl in the stars but rubber gloves I'm always a large. Hope that helps. Motorcard was top service to buy from. I no they are foreign and I'm usually English all over but they do sponsor a bike team so I made the exception.

Anybody else use A* gloves ?

 

I've got the A gp pro ones and they're superb, best fit out of all gloves I've had. Great summer glove but pretty warm too, got them on today and hands toasty still. Size wise they about the same as others

 

Sp8s here, got them in xl so a size larger than usual.

 

I'm always size l in gloves just bought some sp1 had to go xl fits a treat

I have had the GP Pro gloves for a few years now. Been through mixed weather riding, road riding and track riding. They are a good fit and the carcass feels very robust.

However, there are a few downsides. Quality is one of them. After a few months the padded inserts on the thumb gave way and the stitching came apart. Took them back to the H&G shop who then sent them away to be re-stitched. Bit of a pain as this means buying another pair of gloves to use while they were being repaired but ah well. Then I didn’t have any trouble with them for over a year but now the plastic wrist guard bit has come away from the material…… it will need gluing back down.

I would say protection 8/10, quality 5/10, fit 9/10.

All in all I would say a good glove.
