well after a little tarmac interfacing at valencia,my boot came out a little worse for wear... then after an email to a/stars they reckoned they could fix it,but wouldn't be prefect,but for £100 (inc.delivery to and from Italy) i thought i'd take a punt,love these boots and didn't want to spend another £360 if i could help it. this is what came back.... fantastic service,they even resoled my boot,new slider and new top ratchet.
no it's the original boot,just repaired,but it's basiclly a new boot problem is,i'll have to clean my other now to match
yea,i was happily riding along,then all of a sudden i was unhappily sliding along haha. foot got caught under the bike which has resulted in the damage,on a plus note,it stopped a lot of damage to the bike.the other lad didn't fair to well.
It's good to here they offer good after sales service as all my protection is alpinestars, just hope I never need them to do repairs for me, glad your ok after the spill. Andy B
i'll stick pic up of the damage i sustained,but looking at the boot,it did a very good job of protecting my foot,bar 1 small area on the top of my big toe.
