04.50 this morning trying to fix a puncture in the dark :(

This is what it looked like, but the repair kit (so glad i bought it) did its job and I made it to work and onto tyre dealer to get a replacement as it couldnt be repaired :(

Why does it always happen to a nearly new tyre ?

I feel your pain matey I went through 3 rear tyres on 3 separate bikes last year because some pillock who lived over the back of our garages was having a new kitchen put in and was dragging the old cupboard complete with screws across the car park. He claimed that it wasn't him even though I saw him do it and I told him that if I get one more screw in any of my tyres I was going to set his car on fire with him inside it. Funny enough the car park was clean and tidy after that...

I think I'd just pull up outside the shop, shred the tyre and then just ask them to put another on it while you go get a cup of tea :D

What the hell is it embedded in the tyre Jamie?
