Thought I'd give an opinion on the Annitori pro qs Bought it from Neil Anderson from TSJ Performance for £250. Probably on par price wise with the Healtech Easy and the HM Superlite, but so much cheaper than HM Plus,SS and the Translogic range. As most of you are aware the coil tops are fiddly to get to and that includes the strip down of the tank, air box etc but I managed to do it without too much drama. Once fitted and wired up you have full adjustment of the kill times and sensitivity via a Bluetooth app on an iPhone. Very easy. Also full strain gauge etc First ride this morning and I am really impressed, a bit clunky to start with but I stopped and adjusted the setting and after that it was perfect. Previously I've used the Superlite,Hm plus and the woolich racing kit. I'm my opinion this one is as good and at a great price Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
can you change the kill time on each gear on these ones mate or is it just one time for all? looks a good bit of kit, and at that price gotta be worth a looking, saw that 1st to 2nd isnt safe with the same kill time as the others tho on standard shift times. hows this handle 1st to 2nd? really want a qs but need figure out if the gp is worth the extra 400 quid! thats a whole lot of other mods it could be spent on!
I never use a shifter between 1st and 2nd anyway You can't change settings for each gear. I don't think you can do that on the HM plus either. It's budget shifter at the end of the day and had a proper sensor unlike the Healtech ring thingy. I'm well happy with it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
didnt think it would to be honest but worth an ask, at that price though might be tempted instead of superlite just for the easy adjustment on the app. saw the healtech ring thing love to know how that actually works!
I tried a Superlite a few years ago on a gixxer. Didn't work properly and sent it back. I would not try one again. I know people who use them with no issues but not for me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
thats worth knowing! might give these a try and see how it goes, guessing the app is just kill time and pressure on lever? or can it change push/pull?
That's a screen shot from my phone of the app No info on the screen ad I'm not near my bike. Sensitivity and kill times are adjustable and the sensor can be set for push or pull Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I would say either road or race shift I wouldn't try to go down the gears Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
No, it depends on bike fitted. Some bikes are 'push'... some are 'pull' ... you need to look at the linkage. But being a strain gauge the sensor works both ways ... but DONT try and change down without an auto blipper fitted!!! Likewise DONT change from 1st to 2nd gear with one fitted. I run an Annitori on my own bike ... it has been on over 10k miles and is smooth as silk... only gets a little clunky at high revs / low gears which is expected as they cannot be adjusted via gear / rpm like some of the top end HM racing units.
As above, it's is a good quality unit at a reasonable price. I only road ride and it suits me perfectly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
That's what I'm thinking I like the idea of the gp seamless and auto blipper but for just occasional road use not sure i can justify the cost. Might have give this one a go see how I get on with it. Cheers again
