    Hello Chaps..

I know this is a long shot and could be anything but its worth a try !

Over the past few months i have noticed an annoying buzzy vibration coming from somewhere around the cock pit area as soon as i hit 5000 revs and goes by 6000... I have listened everywhere when revving it, rode along holding everything trying to pin point in but, alas, no...

Sounds kind of around the ignition area... Thought it might be the key, but no... Pre load adjusters rattling, no.. clocks, no.. And so on...

Is there anything in the HESD that can vibrate and buzz ?

Has anyone else had this and found something I've overlooked ?

Its at my "gentle cruising" rev range and its seriously doing my head in now :/ ! Please, someone, stop the buzzing :(

My rr7 used to do that all the time, but mine was the after market screen. I even took it off and put it back on again. And.............................it still buzzed!

Take a screwdriver out with you and start pressing it against various things.
    Good luck.

Mine used to do that all the time. It was the tank cover vibrating, try pressing down on all parts of tank cover and it will hopefully be the problem.

You can resolve it by placing a piece of thin foam between the tank cover and tank.

Maybe coincidence, but my screen was a double bubble Powerbronze dark tint screen,

I had the same a while back.. it was the clock bracket that had slackened off.. try and tighten every nut and bolt under that clock bracket and I'm sure this will fix it..
