So Mrs Selmer50mark pointed out that the bikes had cost more in fuel than the family car this year o_O so I had a quick calculation and have found that I have averaged 2500 miles on the RR7 and 1000 miles on the RRV :), ,,,,,,,,, probably around £400 in fuel o_O
anyway what the hell, ,,,,,,,, I've enjoyed every mile of it :)

About 60 quid this year if that. Cost 5x more just to insure the thing!

Seriously though I haven't got a clue, just put as much in as I can squeeze into the tank!

My mileage is well below what I'd like it to be though, bikes got 2000 miles on it :(

400 managed 500 miles this year, Blade has done 400 since getting it in June.

Car is 11 months old this month and has covered the galactic mileage of 1800 miles, most of them to and from Sainos doing the weekly shop, would really like to be able to take it somewhere nice and thrash the arse off it. Spent more on mods on it than fuel and tax and insurance combined without going anywhere , expensive thing is time on your hands.

That’s lockdown for you, so done my bit to reduce my carbon footprint and save the planet, so should be able to tear it up next year when we are all let off the leash at some stage.

Since the start of lockdown....4k on the SP and 3k on the black one so I guess maybe 900ish in fuel as the sp gallops it up .

Think about 3000 this year split between 2 bikes. 4200 on a pushbike though

During lockdown I did not renew my bike insurance as I was not going anywhere, not needed for work. Then sold it.

In that time I did 8 miles just riding the R1 around the office underground car park.

It all lasted longer than I thought it was going to. Then when lockdown was lifted bikes were selling like hot cakes so sold the bike easily in August, leaving me without a bike but a wad of cash. I ordered the Ducati which did not arrive until the beginning of November.

I have never done so few miles in a year.

154 gallons, or 700 litres. So at 111.9p per litre it would be £784-ish

Christ that's a sore point actually. Think I've done around 13k over the last year in the car. Must be 2 grands worth of fuel.

Even worse that half of it is tax.
