Did you have any issues fitting it Swiss?? I managed to fit one to my R1 and found it easy but believe its a tad more difficult fitting one to the blade.....
With the Blade Matt, its just a question of getting to the coils; you have to remove a fair bit & the space around the coils is limited. Its not difficult, just takes a while. Also, the instructions don't give much guidance on installing the strain gauge; I guess you have to work out whats best based on your setup. They can be mounted either way up but I went with cable at the bottom because the thread from the top rose joint is quite long & screws further into one end of the strain gauge than the other. I should really have fitted the other supplied nut (so there are two) in the joint between the strain gauge & the new shorter rod, to allow for adjustability; I will get around to it at some point. I think I can also tidy the wires up a bit but I'm leaving that until I'm happy with the position of the control box; I need to make sure my knee doesn't catch it & I cant help but think it would be better near the clocks.
