Yep you guessed it! Binned the bike last night.... No one to blame but me, schoolboy error, onto the verge, front end lost and down we went, pretty bad front end damage, and feeling sore today!! Gutted... Going to get it in the bike shop to assess the damage and weigh up my options... More money, and no bike time.... Pants!!
Sorry to hear that, hopefully you will recover quickly enough and the bike will be repairable. GWS chap
Cheers mate... Yeah, will all get sorted, just a pain in the backside, and a stupid mistake which is even more annoying... Oh well.
Sorry to hear that Jimbo, glad you're ok. Had the misfortune to do exactly the same on a new 675 a few years ago. I was not best pleased with myself! So I feel for you pal. Hope the damage isn't to bad!
Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not the HRC Glad your ok mate, can't believe your luck, badger now this you recon it will be a write off ?? God I am so gutted for you, hope the damage to you is not to bad, we have all been there at one time or another so dont feel to down, main thing is you live to ride another day
Yeah Jamie... Those hrc's are just too damn fast! Might have to get a repsol, much tamer.. Lol All front end superficial damage, but lots of it!! won't be a write off as it'll be my new track bike of that's the case. Not been great luck no, but hey ho, only nuts and bolts!
You know... Hit one fairway all day, so not too bad in the end, specially with a 50 on the front nine...
I know, used to play off an 8 though a while back.... But that was when I was playing three times a week... Be lucky if I play twice a month now... So quite frustrating these days, but yeah, nice walk with my brothers lol
I just saw the thread title and my blood ran cold. Enough is enough already. My first concerns, are obviously with how you're feeling Jimbo... But then I saw the word Golf and the man feelings sort of went away. I'm still worried that you've been hurt and binned the bike, but not in the same way I did before I knew you were a golfist. Sorry.
Dude, that was quite a spill and still thankful that somehow I missed you. Amazing what some brown tape and some "Russ" humour can repair!! Gutted for you about the bike, but glad your ok. Let's be honest, that could have been soooooooooo much worse.
