Hi all, I,m after a bit of guidance on possible value of my bikes as have had an unexpectedly good offer on our house and could do with some cash to move forward. Bike 1 2003 aprllia rsv1000 tuono. red and gold, 15k miles and very good condition with the minimum of marks. Akrapovic aprillia race can, new bt016,s, new battery and oberon clutch cylinder. 10months mot. 4 months tax. Bike 2 2011 honda fireblade genuine repsol non abs. Bought new by me and fitted with carbon yoshi r77, honda hugger,seat cowl and high tint screen and honda e-seat. A shocking 850 miles from new and absolutely as new condition. just had first mot last month. I have a rough idea on value but want some second opinions. Would be gutted to let the blade go despite severe lack of use but been wanting to move for last 5 years and its now or never. Thanks all
My 2012 R1 with 5k and an exhaust and a graphics kit was worth £6.5 at trade in - maybe 7250 private So perhaps £8k for the Blade with those miles ?
I almost bought an 04 Tuono with similar spec for £2400 not long ago. Ended up getting the blade instead.
thanks guys and yes scooby i have scanned those but trust you guys opinions more. after a chat with the mortgage man today looks like the blade could stay so just out with the tuono. best get the camera out!! lol
There are a lot of good blades out there at mo........8k ?? ummm not so sure but there s always a buyer eventually.....my 11 plate 3500 miles was being part ex offered on 7200 against new or yr old bikes a couple of months ago....... sold privately for 6950 (needed service) and rear tyre ..... good luck with the sale or part sale ??
You can get a 13 plate Repsol with the revised dash and wheels for near £8500... I would think close to £7200 for yours...
