Hi guys, I thought I'd give the old girl a much needed bit of tlc. Decided to polish the exhaust and came across these 2 cables not connected to anything . They sit right hand side of the Bike just above the link pipe joint and heat shield any ideas what they could be..
    Any help much appreciated
Not sure how you add a picture so added a link I hope works

Nothing to worry about mate, they open the valve in the exhaust at 4K revs.
By removing hem leaves it open permanently and making it sound nicer/louder.
They are normally taken off completely from the servo motor under the seat

Thanks raphael I had an idea that's what they might be, I did the same mod on my gsr although I totally removed the servo and added a healtec resistor to eliminate throwing up the fi light. On the GSR I had to keep the flap in exhaust open with a spring is this the case with the Blade just so I know weather or not to check or by removing cables will it automatically be open.
Thanks for the help buddy really appreciate it

the servo motor is accessible from the under tray, Mark the position of the motor then turn it all the way round to remove the cables and return to said marks.
If you put it back to where it started it shouldn’t throw the fi light and the flap should be open? You can actually see it through the end of the can.

The flap should remain open when disconnected, no need for a spring to keep it open.
