Any known issues?

    Hi, I'm looking to get me a Blade after years on Gixers and I want to know is there any known issues with 05-06 models, 5 1/2- 6K to spend on one and I can't wait lol

    You will get a newer one than that for that sort of budget. RR6 and 7 go for that sort of money

    The updated one seemed to be a good improvement.

    It's a Honda at the end of the day and quality is very good.

    I've had gixers and though A great bike the Honda is better put together.

    Enjoy bike shopping.

    There's someone selling an RR7 Repsol on here in the bikes for sale section, well tasty if I was still in the market for one !

    If you're going for that shape, go for an RR6 or 7 (as opposed to a 4 or 5).
    I had an RR6 and it was a great bike (but not quite as good as 08-11).

    That is a sweet looking machine.. think I will hold out for an RR8 at the very least.

    Just bought a new blade from JT's motorcycles in Swansea , south wales.... They offerd me the demo fireblade being a 2010 black/white with 1600 miles on it for £6995.00........Bargain !
