any tips picking up a 2012 blade

hi am picking up a 2012 blade this week . any tips on things to look for would be cool . Has 12000 miles a Taylormade exhaust. Seams pretty standard bar exhaust getting it from Bristol Kawasaki. They seam sound and it's not a bad deal really for a dealer buy

I would check the oil level at the shop before taking the bike away

this wil be my 4th blade. Had a 1992 2001 2005 . But will put it on the list spare shorts ear plugs oil check ☺

 

Massive difference in performance than the 05 , you will be very happy

you weren't kidding about the ear plugs.

 

Good stuff - less complication and 11kg lighter ABS fluid is supposedly a 5 hour main dealer bleed procedure every 2 years. Bike looks good

 

going to get a baffle for it. if that don't make it easier to live with will be up for sale. If anyone is interested

 

exhaust not bike. Already have a bit of a love affair with the bike just bit to loud for me

I'd be tempted by the exhaust I like the white panel too I've not seen one painted white before.

Edit: just noticed it's a 2012, won't fit the 2014 model. Oh well

 

ya looks good hopefully a baffle will make it bit easier on my neighbours. But must say people pull over to let me by lot quicker with it

would say if your gonna get one for yours. Would go and hear one first . Has a very loud bassline. When you tuck your self down behind the screen wind nose drops off . its to much . Well for me anyway
