Hi need a close up pic to see how the shift rod is attached to the gear shift lever if possible please...
Hi Jimmy, thanks for that if you could get a closer one tomorrow that would be great, I'm after a close up of the bit that holds the bottom of the shift road with the ball joint to the black gear change lever. Mine has a bolt through the front and nut on the back which I'm pretty sure looking at yours and others they don't have. So trying to find out how mine should look. Cheers Dan
Cheers Jimmy, that's great mate how's it fixed into the black foot gear shift? Mines 2nd hand so might have to see if I can get hold of a schematic or fitting instructions and have a butchers... Not got bike here at the min it's off getting painted so might have some more q's once it's back if that's ok? Cheers Dan
Dan, its real difficult to see how its fixed but I think its screwed via a hex/allen key type.. Looks simple enough though.. Just give me a shout if you need any more pics/info
