    Hello all..

While my bike is in bits after one little job turned into a bigger job and so on, I've decided i want to get her done in matt black !
On ebay I've been looking at some fairings from Hongkong by a company called AddmotoR !? At £272 it seams real cheap and i was wondering if anyone has used or seen one in the flesh ??

Any feed back will be gratefully received before i shell out and start the waiting game for postie !

    Cheers

Can't help with the company not heard of them, but I'm sure someone will have.

Are you selling the red/black ones?

I think I'm gonna hold onto them mate... But at the moment I'm considering whether to get them blackened, or, as first thought, tuck them away for future originality reasons !

And also, what would be the difference between the ones from American ebay shop Calibikersclub at £402 and Chinese ones from Bikefaings for £417 and the £272 ones from Hongkong ? They all claim the same qualities etc, but suspicious !

If your current ones are good condition don't paint them, there's a few threads on here about different suppliers of aftermarket stuff

Got a set of Chinese fairings on mine. They are OK for the money, but don't expect oem quality.

IMAG0222.jpg IMAG0224.jpg got this this kit from china (auctsmarts) i think cost about 300 quid ish but you also get a screen and rear seat replacement, heat sheilding
pretty good to deal with and you can add/take away any bits you like/dont like not just of the shelf

Whichever company you buy from, watch out for the added import duty which will be added by the courier. Best to address the name for delivery as ***** family, as I think each person has an import tax allowance, so because duties don't know the number in the family, they add on a minimal charge.
Also you may have to fettle the fixing points a little and the ABS plastic can be a tad brittle, so too much leverage on those lugs can cause an early failure. Put heat shields at any hot spots or the plastic will distort at those areas. I've used 'Auctmart' and 'Neverland' as suppliers before, paintwork is spot on. Cheaper prices need to be watched for correct spelling on decals, ask for photos of your fairings before being shipped.
