The dealer I've just bought my bike from fitted a new battery as the old one was on the way out - the bike hasn't been ridden since (or indeed delivered to me yet) but I'm planning to swap it out immediately for a Lithium Ion one. Happy to sell it for £30 including postage (will probably send DPD).

Let me know if that sounds up anyone's street - not sure exactly what the battery is yet but can take pics come Wednesday. It's to start an RR6, for what it's worth.

    Bike has arrived! I've already whipped the battery out - it's a Powerline one, equivalent to YTZ10S - 12V / 7Ah / 130A.

Rids666 you've got first dibs if you want it - PM me.

Also Hogkiller I've remembered I've also got an identical battery that came out of my CBR650F after just four months - that's a Yuasa YTZ10 9.1Ah / 165CCA. It's the OE battery the bike was sold with, same size and terminals etc as the blade's one. Actually seems better spec than the one that came out of the Blade. £25 via DPD if you want it.

Cheers dmc but think I'll pass. Can get that battery from eBay for £26.07 delivered with 12 months warranty. Thanks for giving me first refusal though

No worries, hadn't realised the dealers had been such cheapskates! :D If you want it for £25 delivered though let me know.

This might not make me too popular (again:rolleyes:) but I'm wondering if @Kevin1 might want it as a backup in case he forgets to switch on his new Lithium Charger:eek::D:D.
