Heres the deal....; I was looking for quick action throttle cables for my Robby moto QAT and came across moto46 on the net, anyway after a few emails back and forth with these guys I decided to not go through with a transaction due to them only accepting a bank transfer, which was not acceptable for me, as I wanted a garantee and would only pay through paypal or C/C after what I ahve read on other sites in the UK about them So I sent them this mail to inform them ok don't worry then, as I have no garantee if I pay through with bank transfer thanks anyway for the customer service regards Just recieved this back from either Hayley or Chris ( had mails from both ) Thanks for the time wasting emails,why did you ask how you could pay,if you you are only prepared to pay one way???? .Now you can waste Race products time I did contact race products about it and have to contact them tomorrow about payment ( not sure how they know, but if it's the same people, I will pull the plug because they will not see 1£ from me) but to recieve an email like this.... No wonder most of the internet forums in the UK have something bad to say about the way they handle their business ok rant over
In the past, I have had both very good & very bad service. Chris always came good, but his good lady only seemed to add to the problem I was having.
I just couldn't beleive the mails I have been recieving, got more today, the guy, or his missus who ever is send the mails is a right pr*ck asking for a price and then not wanting to pay by bank transfer as I'm overseas and wanted purchase security (especially after reading horendous stories online ) could you imagine if they had a shop, how many customers they would get asking the questions..... I just don't get it, 3 mails went back an forth, not more than 50 words in total by them, how the f*ck long would that take to sent...... a whole 3 minutes they lost.... sorry forgive me for the troubles
